ORDERS
Making purchases through the e-shop of the foitoulas.gr store constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can order through the online ordering process.
Order Entry
Upon placing the order, you are immediately informed by e-mail about the registration of your order. On the first working day after placing an order, the e-shop service department checks the availability of the items ordered.
The foitoulas.gr store cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to promptly informing users of their availability.
The confirmation and final acceptance of your order is prepared by the company on working days and hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Individual cases of the development of your order, depending on the availability of the products:
- Case with possibility of total acceptance and execution of the order
If, after the stock availability check, it is found that all the items of the order exist, the relevant e-mail is sent to you, to confirm and accept your order.
Your credit card will then be charged the amount reserved when placing the order. A check is made between the available credit card balance at the time and the amount of your order. If the available balance of your credit card is greater than the amount of your order, then the execution of the order can proceed and you will be informed about it by email.

At the stage of sending the products, you will be informed about how their transport is progressing. You will be sent the code number of the courier company that accompanies your order when it is shipped, so that by referring to this number, through the courier company, you will be able to track the progress of the shipment. The receipt of your order takes place within 3-5 working days of its acceptance.
If for any reason, such as force majeure, transport problems, etc., there is a delay, the courier company will contact you. All the necessary procedures are described in the following text, regarding the Tracking & receipt of the order.
Your purchase is completed with the delivery of the products. The final document, retail receipt or invoice, will be given to you upon receipt.
- Case of possibility of partial acceptance of the order
If there are no balances available for some of the items included in your order, you receive an informational e-mail informing you of the items that can be fulfilled. Additionally, a partner from the e-shop service will contact you to inform you about this.
As long as there is your consent, which will be provided with a relevant e-mail, to our company for a partial change to your order, we will send you the relevant e-mail accepting your modified order, while the next stage is to return the difference of the charge amount to your credit card. In the opposite case, where you do not want the partial execution of your order, and for this wish you should send us the relevant e-mail stating that you do not wish us to proceed with sending your modified order, so that cancel the order in its entirety and make a full refund of the charge from your credit card.
The same process of stock control and communication – information with the consumer also applies to the case of payment by cash on delivery.
- Case of total inability to accept an order

Tracking & Receiving Your Order

For the delivery of your orders, the foitoulas.gr store cooperates with the courier company SPEEDEX.
Orders are delivered by SPEEDEX, Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. GENERAL POST will deliver your order on the aforementioned business days and hours.
In case of impossibility of delivery on the first day, due to the absence of the recipient, he will contact by phone and leave a notification, (SMS or a sticker that will be pasted in a visible place at the entrance of your house), while he will seek delivery on the next working day.

In the event that the purchase was made by credit card, for the security of the credit card holder, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who must receive his order in person, showing his original identity card or passport.
The receipt of the order can also be carried out by a third party, as long as it has been authorized in writing by you (the buyer). Even in the case of written authorisation, the authorized person will have to show the above documents, identity card or passport) in order to complete the delivery of the products ordered by credit card.
In the case of cash on delivery, at the time of delivery you must have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order. Payment by check is not accepted, therefore the courier will not deliver the order to you.

For the delivery of orders in GREECE, the foitoulas.gr store cooperates with the courier company SPEEDEX. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00.

PAYMENT METHODS

SHIPPING METHODS
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and in particular to the place you have indicated in the Order Form by courier service.
Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The charge for each order is 5 euros. up to 2 kg and + 1.5 euros extra
Cost of cash on delivery is 2 euros.
VAT is included in all the above prices.
SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

INVOICE ISSUANCE
Regardless of the payment method, there is the option of issuing a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession for self-employed people. Check the correctness of the issuing details of your receipt or invoice before completing your order. It is prohibited to receive the order from a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. And in the case of a written authorization, the authorized person should present the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the products made by credit card.
REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel and return the products at your own cost, provided you follow the following procedure:
- You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within an exclusive period of 14 days, from the day you or a third party indicated by you received the products.

- Within 14 days from the day of sending – in any way – your declaration of withdrawal to the foitoulas.gr store, you must return the products. This deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the products before it expires (14 days).
- The costs of returning the products are borne by you, as well as the responsibility in case of their loss or damage during transport.
- If you wish to return the products to use the courier company we cooperate with and which delivered your order, the return costs will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you. Contact SPEEDEX for the receipt of the returned products, stating that the charge for the return of your purchase will be made at the foitoulas.gr store.
- However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the products back and checked their condition, which should be in excellent condition, as it was when they were sent. The returned products must be unused, (apart from testing them to confirm the correct number) and be in the excellent condition in which you received them, both the same, as well as their packaging materials and their special markings, ( tabs). The quality of the repackaging of the product is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from your improper handling.
- Missing, damaged, worn, soiled items, which we objectively assess as having been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If the above procedure and conditions are met, the foitoulas.gr store will approve the return of the products and you will be refunded the value of the products. This amount will be reduced, where applicable, by the return costs in accordance with condition 7 and will be paid to you according to your payment method. Return of Incorrect or Defective Products

For a return to be accepted the product(s) must be unused, (apart from testing them to confirm the correct number) and in the same condition as when you received them. , as well as its packaging materials and their special markings (tags). After the above check and if there is an established error or defect, foitoulas.gr will approve the return.
In case you do not wish to replace the product or this is not possible due to lack of availability of the product, we will refund you its value. This amount will be paid to you according to your payment method. The exact procedure follows in the next section “Refunds”.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, the return approval process begins. The products are checked as to whether they meet the aforementioned terms and conditions.
Once the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail of your refund depending on your original payment method.
The company proceeds with the provided refund according to the above, using the same means of payment as those you used in your original transaction.
Cash on Delivery Returns
The refund of your money will be made to the account number that you will indicate to us in the e-mail with the refund request info@foitoulas.gr.
