Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return all or part of the order within  fourteen (14) calendar days  from the date of receipt.  Your return will be accepted if  all  of the following apply:

1. The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (online or by phone).
2. The product(s) must be in its original condition and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed.
3. The return package must include the  return form and the corresponding  retail receipt. Without the sales receipt – retail receipt it is  impossible  to exchange any product or refund.
